In the first phase:
- We have identified a 20 acre forested property strategically close to the city that has 2 houses, a stone chapel and various other outbuildings. This property would become the foundation for The Sanctuary at Grand Rapids. $2 M
- Renovations to the buildings: $500,000.00
- Landscaping and equipment, consultants and infrastructure support: $1 M
Total of $3.5 Million.
